Project Overview

Disney Destiny is the third Wish-Class vessel in the Disney Cruise Line fleet and the ship that brings the story of heroes and villains to the high seas. Built by Meyer Werft in Papenburg, she embarked on her maiden voyage in November 2025 — a 144,000-GT ship carrying up to 4,000 guests on Caribbean itineraries from Port Everglades, with calls at Castaway Cay and Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point. As with her sister ships Disney Wish and Disney Treasure, BLOOM was entrusted with furnishing the outdoor terrace of the Senses Spa Rainforest Room — one of the ship's most coveted adult-only retreats. For the first time in Disney Cruise Line history, the Rainforest Room extends into a dedicated outdoor oasis: an open-air terrace where guests can unwind beneath sail-shaped canopies with the sea breeze and sky overhead. BLOOM furnished this space with a collection of handwoven round daybeds, deep-seated swivel armchairs, and matching side tables, finished in a rich dark weave with soft green, teal, and ivory cushions that echo the botanical mural backdrop. The outdoor oasis features two whirlpools set into the teak deck, surrounded by BLOOM loungers arranged for privacy and sea views. Whether guests choose a sheltered daybed or a sunlit armchair by the water, the intention is the same — a space where time slows down and the ocean becomes the only entertainment. Every piece meets Disney's exacting standards for safety, durability, and guest comfort — crafted from marine-grade synthetic fibre, with corrosion-resistant frames and quick-drying upholstery designed for the Caribbean sun and salt air.
