This PRESTIGE cantilever umbrella offers expansive shade with a smooth, anti-slip crank system for effortless adjustment. Its full aluminum frame withstand wind speeds of up to 40 km/h and finished with 304 stainless steel screws and rivets for lasting outdoor performance. Step-less height adjustment, left and right tilting, and 360-degree rotation allow seamless shade positioning, while flexible rib ends keep the canopy clean and perfectly tensioned throughout the day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Orders for BLOOM are placed through this website or in person at our Bundall showroom on the Gold Coast — there's no third-party dealer network. Once your deposit clears, the order is confirmed and production begins at our Indonesian facility. Selected pieces are also held in stock at Bundall for immediate availability; contact our office to check current stock or arrange a showroom visit.
Approximately 10–14 weeks in total — 10 weeks of production at our Indonesian facility, followed by about 3 weeks of ocean freight to Australia. Production starts as soon as the deposit clears; in-stock pieces from the Bundall showroom are available immediately. We recommend ordering before the start of the season.
Free delivery within the Gold Coast region on orders over $2,000 AUD. Under $2,000: $50 per cubic metre on the Gold Coast. Sunshine Coast and Brisbane: $100 per cubic metre. Other Queensland and interstate addresses: quote on request. Self-pickup from the Bundall showroom is available.
Once the container reaches Australia, delivery is coordinated through our Bundall office — typically within a day or two of port arrival. Standard delivery is curbside, with the furniture packed on pallets. An all-round service — in-home placement and packaging removal, coordinated through our partner network — is available on request.
BLOOM furniture is made to order, which classifies it as a custom good under Australian Consumer Law — it isn't subject to a standard cooling-off period. The consumer guarantees that apply to all goods sold in Australia are fully honored: anything that arrives damaged or doesn't match the order is replaced or repaired at no cost.
