Frequently Asked Questions
Orders for BLOOM in the United Kingdom are placed directly through this website — there's no third-party dealer network and no high-street retail. Once your deposit clears, the order is confirmed and production begins at our Indonesian facility. Each piece is made specifically for that order.
Approximately 12–16 weeks in total — 12 weeks of production at our Indonesian facility, followed by about 4 weeks of ocean freight to the UK mainland. Production starts as soon as the deposit clears. We recommend ordering before the start of the season.
Free shipping on UK mainland orders over £950; below that, a £49 flat fee. White-Glove service — in-home delivery plus packaging removal — adds £99. Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands and the Channel Islands are quoted on request — contact our service team with your postcode for an accurate quote.
Within a day or two of the container's arrival on the UK mainland, the piece is delivered — about a week beforehand, our team gets in touch to schedule the exact delivery slot and any access requirements. Standard delivery brings the furniture to your door, packed on pallets; the White-Glove option adds in-home placement and packaging removal.
BLOOM furniture is made to order, which under UK consumer regulations means the standard 14-day cooling-off right doesn't apply once production has begun. That said, anything that arrives damaged or doesn't match the order is fully covered — contact us and we coordinate replacement, repair or return at no cost.
