Your Order from BLOOM
Orders for BLOOM are placed through this website. We don't sell through third-party dealers — every customer comes through us directly. Once your deposit lands, the order is confirmed and we begin manufacturing in our Indonesian facility. Each piece is made specifically for that order; nothing is pulled from stock production. The model fits a focused operation — one factory, direct relationships, no intermediaries on the way.
BLOOM keeps customers informed throughout the production cycle by email — material milestones, photographs at handoff, shipping notification when the container leaves the factory. About a week before arrival in the UK, we get in touch to schedule the exact delivery date and any access details for the household. The same channel handles anything that comes up between order and delivery — a question about a finish, a change to the address.

Each piece is handcrafted to order at our Indonesian factory. Approximately 12 weeks of production, followed by 4 weeks of shipping to mainland UK. We recommend ordering before the start of the season.

Delivery Process
As soon as your garden furniture has left our factory in Indonesia, you will receive an email from us. About a week before delivery, we will arrange the exact delivery date with you.

BLOOM is handcrafted in our own facility in Indonesia, then tested over years across every climate zone we serve. British weather — wet winters, salt-laced coast, summer UV — sits squarely inside that range. The materials are specified for it. The warranty backs that specification. Frames carry longer coverage than cushions or covers because each material wears at its own honest rate.
Warranty Service
If something needs attention during the warranty period, contact us directly. We assess each case individually. Most issues resolve with a part replacement or an on-site repair; for larger items, BLOOM arranges collection, repair and return at no cost across UK mainland. Outside that footprint, return transport is the customer's responsibility, though logistics can be handled on request. Outside warranty, the same channel still applies — BLOOM repairs and re-services its own work for as long as the original materials remain available, which on a frame is typically decades.
