In addition to ordering custom-made furniture produced in our factory in Indonesia, we offer a wide selection of items readily available from stock in Dubai in predefined finishes.

Delivery Time: 10–12 Weeks
For made-to-order furniture, the production and delivery timeframe is approximately 10–12 weeks. We offer complimentary delivery within the UAE. Deliveries to other GCC countries, including Saudi Arabia, are arranged at actual shipping cost.

Umbrellas, Cushions & Accessories
We offer a 5-year warranty for both private and commercial use. A 2-year warranty applies to umbrellas, cushions, and textile components. Our warranty reflects our commitment to long-term durability, even in the demanding UAE climate.
Warranty Service
Within the UAE, we will arrange collection of faulty items at no cost. Outside the UAE, clients are responsible for arranging return shipment. We can assist with collection upon request, with transportation costs charged accordingly.
Payment Options
75% Deposit by Bank Transfer
After receiving your order confirmation, please transfer a deposit of 75% upon order confirmation. The remaining 25% is due prior to delivery.
100% Prepayment by Bank Transfer
Receive a 5% discount when you pay 100% in advance via bank transfer. The amount should be transferred within 5 days of receiving your order confirmation.
Cash or Cheque on Delivery
Cash or cheque payment on delivery is available upon prior agreement. Please contact us to arrange this payment method.
