For a personal consultation, please contact us: we help you select the right pieces, with free design advice and photorealistic 3D visualisations of your outdoor space — a service we provide free of charge.
Every BLOOM piece is handcrafted to order at our factory in Semarang, Central Java. The typical lead time is 4–5 weeks from order confirmation to delivery. Custom orders may take 6–8 weeks depending on materials and finishes; umbrellas typically ship within 5 business days. Throughout production, we keep you regularly informed about the status of your order.
Delivery within Bali is complimentary, subject to minimum order value and delivery area — our team will confirm the details for your location. We also deliver to Java, Lombok, and all other Indonesian islands at competitive rates, direct from our factory in Semarang, with no import duties or international shipping fees. All delivery costs are included in your quotation.
In Bali, delivery includes our white-glove service as standard: in-room placement, assembly, and removal of all packaging. For other destinations within Indonesia, this service is available by prior arrangement. Our team contacts you approximately one week before delivery to coordinate the exact date and a time window.
Each BLOOM product is handcrafted to order, so change-of-mind returns are not offered for the Indonesia market. Quality issues on arrival and any defects within the warranty period are resolved directly with our team — please contact us and we will take care of any verified issue.
