Your Order from BLOOM
You can order patio furniture and garden furniture from BLOOM exclusively through our website or from our showroom — we don't use third-party dealers. Your order is binding as soon as we have received your deposit. Immediately afterwards, we will start manufacturing your individual BLOOM outdoor furniture in our factory in Indonesia.
We will inform you regularly about the progress of your order by email. We will also contact you about a week before delivery to arrange an exact delivery date with you.

Delivery Time: 10–12 Weeks
For made-to-order furniture, the production and delivery timeframe is approximately 10–12 weeks. We offer complimentary delivery within the UAE. Deliveries to other GCC countries, including Saudi Arabia, are arranged at actual shipping cost.

We manufacture all our furniture at our own factory in Semarang, Indonesia, and serve customers across all climate zones worldwide. Our extensive experience allows us to continually enhance durability and quality. For domestic customers, we offer local after-sales support — including repair at our factory or, in many cases, a full replacement — a level of service that is uncommon in the Indonesian market.
Warranty Service
If your furniture requires repair, we will arrange collection and bring it to our factory in Semarang for restoration. In many cases, we will simply replace the item outright to minimise inconvenience. This commitment to hassle-free after-sales service is a core part of the BLOOM experience.
Payment Options
30% Deposit by Bank Transfer
After receiving your order confirmation, please transfer a deposit of 30% within 5 days to the account specified. The remaining amount must be transferred before delivery.
100% Prepayment by Bank Transfer
After receiving your order confirmation, please transfer the invoice amount, minus a 3% discount, to the account specified within 5 days.
