Project Overview
Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel has been a landmark on Bali's south coast since 1971 — the first hotel in Kuta, now a 316-room oceanfront resort set across 10 hectares of tropical gardens with 550 metres of private beach along the Indian Ocean. A recent renovation programme brought new life to the property's restaurants and bars, including the beachside Sokube Restaurant & Bar and the open-air El Jardín Steakhouse, both redesigned around their views of the surf and sunset. BLOOM supplied Vigo dining chairs and Loop lounge seating for the resort's outdoor dining and bar areas — from the oceanfront deck at Sokube to the shaded garden terraces of El Jardín and the newly renovated Lobby Bar. Each piece was chosen for its contemporary silhouette and coastal durability, adding a layer of sophistication to a heritage resort that continues to reinvent itself while honouring more than five decades of Balinese hospitality.
