Le Méridien Ra Beach Hotel & Spa
Rooftop lounge modules, poolside loungers, and beach parasols for a landmark 1929 sanatorium reborn as a Grand Luxe resort on the Costa Daurada.

Project Overview
Le Méridien Ra Beach Hotel & Spa occupies a 1929 rationalist sanatorium on the Costa Daurada — designed by German Rodriguez Arias, inaugurated by King Alfonso XIII, and converted into a Grand Luxe resort with 300 metres of Mediterranean seafront. A recent multi-million-euro renovation added a 7,200 m² thalassotherapy spa with rooftop seawater pools, a new rooftop terrace, and a beach club along the golden sand of Playa de Sant Salvador. Four bronze sculptures by Salvador Dalí punctuate the grounds. BLOOM supplied Loft lounge modules and sun loungers for the rooftop terrace, Vertex parasols for the beach and pool decks, and Santai swing loungers for the spa relaxation areas — custom pieces selected to complement the property's blend of heritage architecture and contemporary Mediterranean design. Under the intense Catalan sun, the furniture was engineered to hold its form and colour across a season that now stretches from April to December.
