Your Order from BLOOM

Orders for BLOOM are placed through this website or in person at our Tauranga and Mount Maunganui showrooms. We don't sell through third-party dealers — every customer comes through us directly. Once your deposit lands, the order is confirmed and we begin manufacturing in our Indonesian facility. Each piece is made specifically for that order; the model is direct from the maker, no intermediaries on the way.

BLOOM keeps customers informed throughout the production cycle by email — material milestones, photographs at handoff, shipping notification when the container leaves the factory. About a week before arrival in New Zealand, our regional team gets in touch to schedule the exact delivery date and any access details. The same channel handles anything that comes up between order and delivery — a question about a finish, a change to the address.

Each piece is handcrafted to order at our Indonesian factory. Approximately 10 weeks of production, followed by 3 weeks of shipping to New Zealand. We recommend ordering before the start of the season.

Delivery Process

As soon as your garden furniture has left our factory in Indonesia, you will receive an email from us. About a week before delivery, we will arrange the exact delivery date with you.

Standard Delivery

Free over NZD 2,000 to Auckland, Waikato, and the Bay of Plenty. Distance-based rates apply elsewhere across both islands. Self-pickup on request.

BLOOM is handcrafted in our own facility in Indonesia, then tested across every climate zone our customers occupy. New Zealand sits inside a wide stretch of that map — coastal salt, North Island humidity, South Island frost. The materials are specified for the full breadth of it. The warranty backs that specification. Frames carry longer coverage than cushions or covers because each material wears at its own honest rate.

Warranty Service

For any warranty matter, contact the BLOOM service team directly. Each case is assessed individually. Most are resolved without the piece leaving the home — a cushion replacement, a fitting, a small on-site repair coordinated through our partner network across both islands. For larger items, BLOOM arranges collection and return; the regional zone determines what's included and what's quoted. Outside warranty the same channel still applies — BLOOM repairs its own work for as long as the original materials remain available, which on a frame is typically decades. Out-of-production frames and discontinued covers are covered by the same principle.
