BLOOM in Costa Rica works on an inquiry basis — send us your project through this website's inquiry form or visit our showroom in person, and the regional team comes back with a tailored quote within a few business days. Once your deposit confirms the order, manufacturing begins in our Indonesian facility. There's no third-party dealer network and no online checkout.

Delivery time

Approximately 10–16 weeks in total — 10 weeks of production at our Indonesian facility, followed by about 6 weeks of ocean freight to Costa Rica. Production confirms once your deposit clears. We recommend ordering well before the start of the season for predictable arrival.

Shipping costs

Shipping cost is quoted per project. The San Jose metropolitan area and other regions of Costa Rica are quoted on inquiry — the regional team comes back with a transparent breakdown of freight, regional partner handling, and white-glove placement where requested.

Question 4

Delivery on site

Accepted Answer

Delivery throughout Costa Rica is coordinated by our regional team and local partner network. About a week before the piece reaches its final address, the team gets in touch to schedule the exact delivery slot and any access requirements. Self-pickup is available on request.

BLOOM furniture is made to order — once production has begun, the order is binding. That said, anything that arrives damaged or doesn't match the order is fully covered: contact our regional team and we coordinate replacement, repair, or onsite assessment through our local partner network. Until the deposit confirms manufacturing, the order can be revised at any point.
