Your Order from BLOOM
BLOOM in Costa Rica works on an inquiry basis. Send us your project — through this website's inquiry form or by visiting our showroom in person — and a member of the regional team comes back with a tailored quote. Once your deposit confirms the order, manufacturing begins in our Indonesian facility. Each piece is built specifically for that order; nothing is pulled from stock production.
From order through to delivery, BLOOM keeps customers informed by email — material milestones, photographs at handoff, shipping notification when the container leaves the factory. About a week before arrival in Costa Rica, the regional team gets in touch to schedule the exact delivery date and any access details. The same channel handles anything that comes up between order and delivery.

Each piece is handcrafted to order at our Indonesian factory. Approximately 10 weeks of production, followed by 6 weeks of shipping to Costa Rica. We recommend ordering before the start of the season.

Delivery Process
As soon as your garden furniture has left our factory in Indonesia, you will receive an email from us. About a week before delivery, we will arrange the exact delivery date with you.

BLOOM is handcrafted in our own facility in Indonesia, then tested across every climate zone our customers occupy. Tropical conditions sit among the most demanding — high humidity, intense UV, salt-heavy coast, daily rain through the wet season. The materials are specified for that environment from the outset. The warranty backs that specification. Frames carry longer coverage than cushions or covers because each material wears at its own honest rate.
Warranty Service
For any warranty matter, contact the BLOOM regional team directly. Each case is handled individually — assessment, repair logistics and replacement parts coordinated through our local partner network. Most issues resolve without the piece leaving the home: cushions replaced, fittings tightened, small repairs carried out on site. For larger items, BLOOM arranges collection and return within the delivery footprint; routes beyond that footprint are quoted case by case. Outside warranty the same channel still applies — BLOOM repairs its own work for as long as the original materials remain available, which on a frame is typically decades. Out-of-production frames are covered by the same principle.
