Delivery anywhere in the UAE is complimentary — full service included, with BLOOM employees handling delivery, placement, and packaging removal. Deliveries to other GCC countries, including Saudi Arabia, are arranged at actual shipping cost.

Anything that arrives damaged or doesn't match the order is fully covered: within the UAE we arrange collection of faulty items at no cost; outside the UAE, clients arrange return shipment, with assistance available on request at transportation cost.
